Fallon Goulding
Co-Owner
Fallon’s obsession with web design started in the late '90s—the glorious era of dial-up internet and neon backgrounds. Wanting to build sites that actually looked good, she earned a degree in Graphic Design and hit the ground running. Her career path has winding, impressive roots: from designing car dealership sites to building platforms for Fortune 500 companies at a fast-paced ad agency, and eventually climbing the corporate ladder to become a front-end software engineer, Product Owner, and development team manager.
Through it all, she always kept a foot in the freelance world, helping businesses launch beautiful, functional websites. When corporate "Return to Office" mandates knocked, Fallon took it as her cue to turn her long-time side hustle into her main hustle. Today, she combines over 17 years of enterprise-level tech experience with a boutique, personalized touch to build stunning, goal-driven websites that actually deliver value.
When she’s off the clock, Fallon trades the keyboard for the countryside. She manages a beautifully chaotic homestead with her husband, two kids, and a full menagerie of chickens, goats, dogs, cats, and a bunny. Whether she's video gaming, gardening, or diving into her latest crafting project, life outside the screen stays just as vibrant as the websites she builds.

Mike's passion for web development began long before responsive design and modern JavaScript frameworks became the norm. With more than a decade of experience working in agency, marketing, and enterprise environments, he's helped build everything from small business websites to large-scale digital experiences. Along the way, he's collaborated with designers, marketers, developers, and stakeholders to create websites that are visually engaging, user-friendly, and built with long-term success in mind.
Today, Mike primarily focuses on building custom WordPress websites with Divi, combining strong front-end development expertise with a practical, business-first approach. His background includes HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, AstroJS, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Sanity CMS, allowing him to bring enterprise-level development practices to projects of every size. Whether it's a new website, a redesign, or ongoing support, his goal is always the same: deliver clean, maintainable solutions that help businesses grow with confidence.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys keeping up with sports, firing up the smoker for weekend barbecue sessions, and exploring the latest web technologies. He's always learning, always building, and believes the best websites come from strong relationships, honest communication, and a genuine passion for helping clients succeed.

Instead, he focuses his efforts on high-level executive support. He can usually be found auditing video consultations from his desk perch, optimizing foot-warming ergonomics under the desk, or providing mandatory lap-therapy sessions during heavy coding sprints. Mowgli serves as the Executive Micromanager and resident Security Expert. He believes effective supervision requires being directly beside, or directly in front of, the person attempting to work. Whether he is monitoring activity from the desk, investigating a new object, or appearing the moment something interesting happens, he ensures that nothing escapes his attention.
Always nearby to monitor productivity and respond to suspicious noises, Mowgli takes a hands-on approach to every task. His methods may occasionally interfere with the work, but his dedication to supervision and security is unmatched.
